This outdoor September wedding at Claxton Farm was absolutely gorgeous and so fun! The bouquets and floral arrangements created by The Never Ending Flower Farm were timeless and stunning – I loved the variety of greenery and how it complemented the cream florals so well. Sweet Notion Cakes created a beautiful four-tier wedding cake that matched the timeless florals and decor perfectly.
There may have been some patches of rain however, thankfully it did not seem to dampen this September wedding in the least. Most of the rain held off until after the ceremony and the couple had a beautiful white tent set up outside in the field which was perfect for the reception, keeping everyone dry for dinner, toasts, and cake cutting. And with perfect timing, the rain cleared just in time for the outdoor dancing with live music by the Emerald Empire Band!
Lauren and Alex had initially planned to wait until the ceremony to see each other but made the decision to have a first look captured after all. Once we finished capturing this special moment, they shared with me that they were so glad they had changed their minds. They really enjoyed having a few minutes together before the ceremony and it helped to settle their nerves. This time was also shared capturing the sweetest first look with Lauren and her Dad.
