Hi Friends! Wow, what a crazy time this last few weeks have been! I have run the gamut of emotions and I miss my work and sweet clients. At the same time I have been incredibly motivated and blessed with time to work on resources for my clients and my couples. My pets just don’t know how to act with me and my daughter being at home all the time!
For you couples that are having to make tough decisions about your wedding, I am so excited to share one resource I have put together with help from fellow photographer Zinette Hoppe. A downloadable guide with tips, suggestions and resources from fellow wedding vendors.
I love this updated save the date from my couple that has moved their wedding from May to the fall of 2020!
Taylor Gregg, owner of Chestnut Ridge Events, shared her top tips with me. She and her team of vendors have been working so hard to move wedding dates for their amazing couples!!
- Be Proactive and Have Ongoing Open Communication – reach out to your venue & vendors.
- Be flexible. Parameters to follow are important for everyone so we’re headed towards a common goal, but being flexible for special situations is important.
- Partner with your vendor team to make adjustments and changes to wedding day/date convenient for everyone.
My friend Bethany with Joy Unscripted has resources for how to let your guests know that your plans have changed, along with a lettering at home course. I have joined and would love to see you there! 🙂
Above is just one of the resources Bethany has available!
