Organic Fall Wedding at Honeysuckle Hill | Photo & Video

Fall weddings are always a favorite among many couples, especially here in Asheville, North Carolina. The breathtaking views and charming venues make it a popular wedding destination. I’m so grateful to not only be surrounded by such beautiful scenery but to get to photograph some amazing venues as well! Today’s post features Katy and Alex’s organic fall wedding at one of my favorite venues, Honeysuckle Hill.

Earlier in the day, the ladies got ready in Honeysuckle Hill’s new bridal suite. Spacious and beautifully decorated, it was a comfortable and relaxing space for the bridal party. With it’s natural light and white walls we were able to capture some great photos of the girls together. After Katy was dressed we headed to the gazebo for the first look. This quaint and private location was the perfect backdrop for this intimate and special moment. I loved the fall colors in the background and the lilies floating in the pond. Being a part of first looks is one of the best parts of my job!

Organic Fall Wedding Ceremony and Reception Details

The ceremony was held in the barn loft chapel, and the details were perfect for a fall wedding with an organic fall color palette. Katy and Alex’s vows were heartfelt and emotional. It was very evident that they were surrounded by family and friends who loved and supported them. Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed some yummy eats for the cocktail hour outside. Followed by dinner and dancing in the reception area.

I had the pleasure of working with wedding planner and florist, Hannah of Your Best Guest, for the first time. Hannah’s attention to detail and creativity made this wedding unforgettable! The flowers were truly an essential part of the wedding. I loved the pampas grass and boho elements; it tied together perfectly with the color palette. Hannah, you did an amazing job of creating a beautiful day with the floral arrangements!

Katy and Alex’s fall wedding at Honeysuckle Hill was an unforgettable day. The stunning venue, beautiful flowers, emotional vows, and hilarious toasts made it a day I’ll never forget. If you’re planning a wedding in Asheville, this venue may be perfect for you!
