This military wedding in the mountains of NC with military members was breathtaking. Leonora and Matt met in Fayetteville, NC where Matt is stationed with the Army. These two were such a joy to be around and made my job so easy. All I had to do was let them be themselves. If ever a couple was completely smitten with each other it would be Leonora and Matt.
The weather was perfect, the forecast for earlier in the week was a 70% chance of rain, however the day of it rained just a little and cleared up. The only snafu is that the bride's shoes did not make it to the wedding and that did not bother Leonora one bit. As long as she and Matt were getting married nothing else was important.
The wedding was followed by a reception at Chestnut Ridge in Canton, NC. The florals by Inspired Design were stunning. There were flowers draped across and down the stairway! The couple did their first dances, music provided by SLS Entertainment, on the back patio surrounded by family in friends. They danced had the best cake by Nettie's Bakery and finished out the evening with a sword exit and sparklers. I am so excited to see the video of the day from Green Mountain Photo and Film.
Leonora and Matt chose the all inclusive collection at Chestnut Ridge which includes planning by Mingle Events. Shout out to Caroline! Along with Flawless Airbrush, Design Inspired, Catering by Corey, Cordial and Craft and Nettie's Bakery. It is always a treat to get to work together with this group of vendors!
