Janelle and Jon are that couple that when you meet them you know they just fit into each other so well. They are both so kind and gentle. You can feel their goodness exuding from them instantly. It was a such a joy to get to be apart of their special day. I love getting to be a Greenville wedding photographer. They were married at the Pretty Place wedding chapel just a few minutes from Asheville and Greenville, SC.
First Look
Their first look was a such a moving moment. Not only was Janelle glowing in her wedding gown, Jon looked so dapper in his suit and tie. Jon waited in the center of the large garden. Janelle up behind him, where they both stood reading letters from each other. The moment was so emotionally packed. I am so glad they got to share this sweet moment together, without a room full of eyes on them as they expressed to each other what they meant to each other. I will always remember how much they smiled during their first look. It was truly tender.
Bridal Party
Furman University was a beautiful choice for their wedding party portraits. All their closest people were these to celebrate their day. I loved getting to know the guys and girls. Jon and Janelle picked out a beautiful color palette that looked great on everyone! We got lucky with some amazing weather even though the whole summer has been pretty rainy.
The Ceremony
Their ceremony was held in a beautiful venue. I loved photographing at Fred W. Symmes Chapel. It’s open air feel was so romantic and perfect for their wedding. Everyone was all smiles as these two joined their lives into one. I loved getting to meet people who had traveled from all over to celebrate them.
