Celebrating with Family Photographs | Biltmore Estate Photographer
Spring is one of my favorite things about living here in NC, coming in as a close second to the opportunity to work with sweet families like this one as their Biltmore Estate Photographer. This bunch was up for absolutely anything! They had such adventurous spirits, a quality I adore in my clients. The last time they had a family portrait session done was way back in 2007, in a studio. So needless to say, this was quite a change for them in terms of a family photography experience, and they seemed to love it! I can still hear their laughter fill the air when I look back through these images. What a wonderful group of people to be around! My portrait sessions include up to two locations and outfit changes so we started here at the entrance of the Biltmore House and then headed downtown (coming soon) for part two.
The entire family got together here in Asheville, NC to celebrate mom’s 60th birthday, she and dad traveled all the way from Rochester, NY to visit with their daughter who lives in Roanoke, VA, and their son and his gorgeous girlfriend who live just outside Asheville in Fletcher, NC. She (his girlfriend) was actually the one who found me through Instagram and the two of them coordinated this session. Quite the keeper, if you ask me 😉 As a mother, I can testify to how precious images such as these are to me and my daughter. They act as a documentation of the love between us and a reminder of the sweet relationship we both treasure. I know these images will forever be cherished by all five of these sweet souls.
I loved spending time in the warmth of this family’s presence. Interested in booking your own family portrait session? Make sure to get in touch!
