As previously promised, here we go with overload of senior pictures starting with this post. I sure don’t mind, though! I adore senior sessions (especially ones with my not-so-little-anymore girl). You can see the excitement in their eyes, and hear it in their voices. I have to give a shout out to Anna for this session! She’s one sassy gal, but sure does help her mama out. 🙂
I needed a “cover story” for a proposal session, look for it soon, and Anna was it. This proposal took place at Linville Falls, NC which is an 1 ½ hours from Asheville. In order for us to get there in plenty of time, I have to get to work early! We had to get up at 4 a.m… No that’s not a typo. Not only did Anna hike in this dress she carried my backpack with extra supplies. Ahhh the life of a photographer’s daughter. What a trooper!
I was worried that the weather would be rainy or we would be socked in with fog and mist, but it was just perfect. How lucky are we to live so close to such a gorgeous sanctuary such as Linville Falls? Every time I set foot in this secluded paradise, I’m overwhelmed by the majesty of it’s natural beauty. The slight fog added a dreamy effect that worked magically with the vibe of this session. We wanted to capture Anna in her natural gorgeous state, and where better to do that than Linville Falls? I love that the beauty of nature complimented and highlighted her natural beauty. Very little makeup and of course, a lot of hair. Lol!
Needless to say, be on the lookout for more senior pictures and updates on “the Bee’s”. Right now they and Anna are working diligently to expand their hive, I will share more soon!
